Yes. When the contract is signed, we require a $1,000 non-refundable booking fee to save your date. We have three payment options: 1) whole payment made after 5 days of signing contract, 2) half payment is made after signing contract and the other half is paid 60 days before the scheduled event, 3) personalized payment plan - up to three installments.

To reserve a date, email us at events@lockwoodestate.com saying that you are ready to book and the date you choose. Dates are reserved by a first requested basis. To save the date, a $1,000 non-refundable booking fee must be made.
