  • We can accommodate up to 180 guests, including the bridal party.

  • Yes. When the contract is signed, we require a $1,000 non-refundable booking fee to save your date. We have three payment options: 1) whole payment made after 5 days of signing contract, 2) half payment is made after signing contract and the other half is paid 60 days before the scheduled event, 3) personalized payment plan - up to three installments.

  • To reserve a date, email us at events@lockwoodestate.com saying that you are ready to book and the date you choose. Dates are reserved by a first requested basis. To save the date, a $1,000 non-refundable booking fee must be made.

  • At Lockwood Estate, we prioritize each couple's event by hosting only one wedding per day, ensuring a personalized and attentive experience for every celebration,

  • Our preferred form of payment is check. We do accept cash, PayPal, money orders, and credit cards (5% fee).

  • Two weeks before the event.

  • No, vehicles cannot be left overnight. Please inform your guests of this policy.

  • Yes, candles are allowed as long as the flame is completely contained in a glass vase.
